Industry Oriented Hands-on training on Java Full stack
The Department of Information Technology organized an Industry-Oriented Hands-on Training on “Java Full Stack” for II Information Technology students. The training provided students with practical exposure to full-stack web application development using Java technologies. The resource person explained front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, along with back-end development using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Students also learned database connectivity using MySQL and version control with Git and GitHub. The session included hands-on exercises in developing, testing, and deploying web applications using industry-standard tools. Students gained practical knowledge of MVC architecture, CRUD operations, API integration, and debugging techniques. The training emphasized coding standards, software development life cycle (SDLC), and real-time project development practices. The resource person also discussed career opportunities in Java full-stack development and the skills expected by the IT industry. The interactive hands-on sessions enhanced students’ programming, problem-solving, and application development skills. Nearly 80 students actively participated in the training, making it an informative and skill-oriented learning experience.
