16th Graduation Day

16th Graduation Day on 10.05.2026, Sunday, Dr.S.Babu, Chairman, Selvam Educational Institutions & Managing Director of Selvam Group of Companies presided over the ceremony. Mrs.Jayam Selvaraj, Trustee, Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary, Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director, Dr.S.Ramabalan, Principal and Dr.A.Jegan, Vice-Principal congratulated the graduates for their remarkable achievement. The Chief Guest, Dr.S.A.Senthil Kumar, Registrar, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli delivered the graduation day address and distributed the degree certificates to all the graduates.

In the chief guest address, the Registrar congratulated the graduates on their accomplishment in academic success, acknowledging their hard work, dedication and perseverance over the years. The guest motivated the graduates to believe in the power of continuous learning and self-development. Students were encouraged to explore emerging opportunities in fields such as digital transformation, media, automobiles, and other growing industries with confidence and determination. The motivational address concluded with an inspiring message urging the graduates to uphold the reputation of their institution through hard work, integrity, and lifelong learning. He extended his best wishes to all the graduates at the ceremony.

On the occasion, University rank holders and department toppers were honoured and appreciated for their outstanding academic achievements with medals, certificates of appreciation. Around 200 undergraduate and postgraduate candidates received their degree certificates during the event. The CoE, the Deans, the Heads of various streams, faculty members and the parents of all the graduates gave their memorable presence in the occasion.
