MoU signing with Lucas TVS

Selvam College of Technology (Autonomous), Namakkal, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lucas TVS to strengthen industry–institution collaboration and boost student employability.

The programme was held in the gracious presence of Dr. S. Babu, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions and Managing Director of Selvam Group of Companies; Dr.B. Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary; and Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director; Dr. S. Ramabalan, Principal.

This strategic partnership will provide final-year and pre-final-year engineering students with core industry exposure, technical competency development, internships, assessments, and placement opportunities in the manufacturing and automobile sectors.

Dr. A. Jayaseelan, Placement Officer, addressed the gathering, emphasising the importance of continuous skill development and about the students’ valuable opportunities to gain practical industry exposure. The event concluded with a successful pre-placement talk designed to enhance students’ professional readiness for core engineering careers.
