Seminar on Recent trends on Robotics

The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a seminar on “Recent Trends in Robotics” for undergraduate students. The session was delivered by Mr. V. Manoj Dev, Senior Project Manager, AIVERZ Technologies, Trichy. He shared valuable insights into the latest advancements in robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence. The resource person explained the applications of robotics in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and smart industries. He also introduced emerging concepts such as collaborative robots, machine vision, and Industry 4.0 technologies. The session highlighted the importance of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in the digital era. Students gained knowledge about AI-driven search technologies and their industrial relevance through interactive discussions and practical examples. The seminar enhanced students’ awareness of emerging technologies, innovation, and career opportunities in robotics and AI. A total of 120 students benefited from the programme, making it a valuable platform for bridging academic learning with current industry trends and technological advancements.
