Hands-on Training on Assembly and Testing of Electrical Machine

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and the Spark Association organized a Hands-on Training on “Assembly and Testing of Electrical Machines” on 10.10.2026 at 9:30 AM in the EEE Simulation Laboratory for the students of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The training aimed to enhance students’ practical knowledge and technical skills in the assembly, testing, and operation of electrical machines. The resource persons, Mr. R. Arul and Mr. R. Nagarajan, Assistant Professors, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, provided valuable insights into the construction, assembly procedures, testing methods, and performance evaluation of electrical machines. The hands-on sessions enabled students to gain practical exposure to machine components, testing procedures, and safety practices followed in electrical laboratories and industries. The event provided a valuable platform for experiential learning, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications in electrical engineering. Nearly 120 students actively participated, making the session informative and beneficial.
