Hands-On Training on Intelligent Traffic light Automation and Chatbot System
The Department of Information Technology organized an event titled “Hands-On Training on Intelligent Traffic Light Automation and Chatbot System” on 04.07.2026 for III Information Technology students. The programme provided students with an understanding of intelligent traffic management systems and AI-powered chatbot technologies, highlighting their significance in solving real-world problems through automation and artificial intelligence. The resource person demonstrated the working principles, applications, and benefits of intelligent traffic light automation for reducing traffic congestion and improving road safety, along with the design and implementation of chatbot systems for efficient user interaction and automated customer support. Students gained valuable insights into the integration of sensors, machine learning, and natural language processing in developing smart solutions for healthcare, transportation, and other engineering applications. The programme encouraged participants to explore emerging technologies and inspired them to enhance their technical skills through innovative projects and research. Nearly 58 students actively participated in the programme, making it an informative and engaging session that enriched their knowledge of intelligent systems and their future career opportunities.
