Awareness Program on From Engineering to Banking: Career Pathways

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized an Awareness Program on “From Engineering to Banking: Career Pathways” on 08.08.2026 at 01:30 p.m. for III-Year B.E. ECE students at the ISDTP Seminar Hall. The session was handled by Mr. K. Mohan Kumar, Manager, Canara Bank, Mudalaipatti, Namakkal, as the Resource Person. The programme aimed to create awareness among engineering students about career opportunities in the banking sector and the various career pathways available for engineering graduates. The session provided students with insights into banking careers, opportunities, and the skills required to transition from engineering to the banking profession. The programme motivated students to explore diverse career options beyond core engineering domains and make informed decisions regarding their future careers.
