AMPERE-2K24, National Level Technical Symposium and Project Contest
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering – SPARK Association, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal organized the Ampere-2K24, National Level Technical Symposium and Project Contest on 17.04.2024 in the EEE Seminar Hall. Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions, presided over the function. The Symposium was conducted in the august presence of Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary of Selvam Educational Institutions, Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director and Dr.A.Jegan, Principal of SCT. Mr.M.Ravichandran, Head of the Department/EEE, welcomed the gathering. As the eminent speaker, Mr.P.David, Senior Manager – Human resources of Vee Technologies Private Ltd., Salem highlighted about the possibilities for the students’ placement as well as the most recent developments in the industry.
Dr.M.Vinoth, Associate Professor of EEE provided the workshop on the topic “Grid Connected Photovoltaic System”. Technical events such as Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, Project Presentation, Technical Quiz and Non-Technical events like Treasure Hunt, Short film, Connections were conducted. A large number of Engineering, Technology, and Polytechnic college students eagerly attended the symposium and gained plenty of knowledge. The participants also got cash prizes and certificates. More than 300 participants got benefited from this symposium. The Heads of all the departments, faculty members and students gave their gracious presence in the ceremony.
