In fostering synergies between academia and industry, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ElectroCloud Labs, Hyderabad. It is a strategic partnership composed to drive innovation, research, and skill development for student community. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering has organized a two-days Workshop “Machine Learning” on 16.04.2024 and 17.04.2024. Dr. P. Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions, presided over the inaugural function. Dr. B. Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary of Selvam Educational Institutions, Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director, and Dr. A. Jegan, Principal of SCT, felicitated the function. Prof.R.Bhuvaneswari, Head of the Department/CSE, welcomed the gathering. Mr.S. Aditya, Machine Learning Instructor cum Embedded Engineer, ElectroCloud Labs, Hyderabad, acted as the Resource Person and conducted the two-days workshop with 10 modules for the students. Nearly 85 participants learned and got benefited from this workshop.
