NCIRSET 2025 – A National Level Conference on Innovative Research on Science, Engineering and Technology

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Science & Humanities organized a “National Level Conference on Innovative Research in Science, Engineering and Technology” (NCIRSET 2025) on 03.04.2025, Thursday. Dr.S.Babu, Managing Trustee of Selvam Educational Institutions presided over the inaugural function in the august presence of Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary and Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director.

Dr.A.Jegan, Principal, addressed the participants. Mr.M.Ravichandran, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering welcomed the gathering. Dr.M.Sathish, Principal Scientist at CSIR–CECRI, Karaikudi, graced the event as the Chief Guest. He delivered an insightful address, highlighting the role of innovative research in Science, Engineering, and Technology in both our daily lives and the future. He also shed light on upcoming technological advancements such as transparent televisions, health-monitoring chips, and more. Addressing the decline of diesel and petrol vehicles, he emphasized the growing importance of electric vehicles (EVs) and hydrogen fuel technology. His inspirational speech sparked a keen interest in innovative research among the students. The session was highly informative for all the participants.
