The Results Round Table

A session titled “The Results Round Table” was conducted by Mr.K.Kirubhakaran, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Selvam College of Technology, on 04.07.2026 at Biotechnology Laboratory. The programme was organized with the objective of facilitating discussion, analysis, and interpretation of the results obtained from the conducted events, thereby enhancing students’ critical thinking and analytical skills.

The resource person presented the specific results and guided students in understanding how these results were derived. Emphasis was placed on the step-by-step process of arriving at the outcomes, including evaluation methods, logical reasoning, and data interpretation. Students were encouraged to discuss the results among themselves, analyze different perspectives, and understand the rationale behind each outcome.

The session was highly interactive and engaging, with students actively participating in discussions and sharing their viewpoints. The round table format promoted collaborative learning, enabling students to clearly understand how conclusions were reached and the significance of accurate result interpretation.

A total of 59 students participated in the session and benefited from the programme.

At the end of the session, students gained a clear understanding of how results are analyzed and derived through systematic approaches. The programme enhanced their analytical thinking, discussion skills, and ability to interpret results effectively in the context of biotechnology.
