Hands on Training on Python Unlocked: From Fundamentals to Real-World Applications
The Department of Information Technology organized a Hands-on Training on “Python Unlocked: From Fundamentals to Real-World Applications” on 22.08.2026 for the II-IT. The training was conducted from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the IT Lab. The training programme provided students with a comprehensive understanding of Python programming, covering fundamental concepts such as variables, data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, functions, lists, tuples, dictionaries, and file handling. The resource person, Mr. Pradeep H., Director and Head of Management, AEX Xenora Technologies Pvt. Ltd., explained the practical applications of Python in real-world software development and industry-oriented projects. Students gained hands-on experience in writing Python programs, solving programming problems, implementing functions, and developing simple applications using Python. The session also introduced students to the importance of Python in areas such as data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and web development. The practical activities and demonstrations helped students strengthen their programming skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Nearly 58 students actively participated in the training programme, making it an informative and engaging session that enhanced their data structures and algorithms skills, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and coding efficiency, while providing valuable insights into future career opportunities in software development, competitive programming, technical interviews, and algorithm-based application development.
