Career Development Cell organized a Two-day Faculty Development Program on the topic of “Role Model Teachers and Classroom Leadership Management through NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)” from 21.07.2018 to 22.07.2018 for the teaching faculty members in CDC Convention Lobby from 09.30am to 04.30pm.
The Chief Guest of this Faculty Development Program is Mr.Bharat Chaugule. He was a Ph.D graduate in the stream of social work and he also completed his M.Sc in defence and strategic studies from the University of Pune. He is a faculty development specialist, motivational speaker, and international certified NLP trainer. In this program, he explained about the different techniques in teaching and classroom management for the faculties through activities, role play, discussions, case study, PPT etc., The lecture which he gave provided, the faculties a guideline and much-needed help to proceed more precisely for the betterment of noble cause.
