MEDIMAGNETZ’24, National Level Technical Symposium
The Medimagnetz’24, National Level Technical Symposium was gladly organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering – Biomedingers Association, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal on 27.04.2024 in EEE Seminar hall. Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions, presided over the function. The symposium was conducted in the august presence of Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary of Selvam Educational Institutions, Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director and Dr. A.Jegan, Principal of SCT. Dr.G.Charulatha, Head of the Department/BME, welcomed the assemblage. Er.M.S.Muhammadu Sathik Raja, HR & CR Advisor of Medingers Health Care Solution (Multinational Company), India was the keynote speaker, discussed the most recent advancements in Biomedical Engineering and imparted his expertise on biomedical equipments. The workshop was also conducted on the topic “Basic Medical Equipment’s and Troubleshooting”.
The Medimagnetz’24 included technical events like Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, Project presentation and non-technical events such as Organoholic, Einthoven triangle, Mingle bingo, Shoot vs shot (Photography) and Quizizz. Fun events like Brain Storm and Selfie Booth were also organized in the department for the participants. The symposium tremendously benefited 110 participants approximately, who came from various Engineering, Technology and Polytechnic Institutions. The participants won multiple cash prizes and certificates.
