Workshop on Genomics, Proteomics Data Analysis, Visualization and Protein Structure Prediction

The Department of Biotechnology, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, organized a Workshop on “Genomics, Proteomics Data Analysis, Visualization and Protein Structure Prediction” on 26.09.2026 for Biotechnology students. Dr. S. Suvaithenamudhan, Assistant Professor, School of Biosciences and Bioengineering, D. Y. Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune, served as the resource person.

The workshop provided students with valuable insights into genomics and proteomics data analysis, visualization techniques, and protein structure prediction. The students actively participated and benefited from the practical exposure, enhancing their understanding of computational approaches in biotechnology and bioinformatics.
