Hands on Training on Laboratory Skills Training in Blood Testing

A Laboratory Skills Training program on “Blood Testing” was conducted on 01.08.2026 at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Selvam College of Technology. The session was handled by Ms. M. Deepthi, PTL/BT, who served as the resource person. The training focused on fundamental blood testing techniques and laboratory safety practices. Students were given hands-on experience in procedures such as sample handling and basic diagnostic tests. III Year Biotechnology students actively participated and demonstrated keen interest throughout the session. The program was highly beneficial in enhancing practical knowledge and laboratory skills in clinical diagnostics.
