Hands on Training on Basic Buffer Preparations

The Department of Biotechnology organized a technical event titled “Basic Buffer Preparations” on 11.07.2026 at Biotechnology Laboratory. The session was conducted by Ms. K. Srimathi, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Selvam College of Technology. The programme aimed to provide fundamental knowledge on buffer preparation and its significance in laboratory experiments. Students were trained in the preparation of different types of buffers and pH adjustments. A total of 42 students actively participated and benefited from the programme. The session enhanced students’ practical understanding and laboratory skills in biochemical techniques.
