14th Graduation Day Ceremony.
Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal conducted the 14th Graduation Day on 28.09.2024, Saturday.
Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions & Managing Director of Selvam Group of Companies presided over the ceremony. Mrs.Jayam Selvaraj, Trustee, Dr.S.Babu, Vice-Chairman, Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary of Selvam Educational Institutions, Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director and Dr.A.Jegan, Principal of Selvam College of Technology congratulated the graduands for their remarkable achievement.
The Chief Guest, Dr.K.Kala, Vice Chancellor of Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal delivered the graduation day address and distributed the degree certificates to all the graduates.
In the chief guest address, the Vice Chancellor congratulated the graduates on their accomplishment in academic success, acknowledging their hard work, dedication and perseverance over the years. She encouraged the students to take pride in their achievements and to continue striving for innovation and excellence in their professional and personal lives. She highlighted the importance of values such as leadership, honesty, responsibility and teamwork which paves way to success. The Chief Guest emphasized the importance of lifelong learning and adaptability in the rapidly changing world and the role of technology and innovation in shaping the future. She extended her best wishes to all the graduates at the ceremony.
A total of 151 undergraduate and 47 postgraduate candidates received their degree certificates during the event. The Academic Deans, the CoE, the Heads of various streams, faculty members and the parents of all the graduates gave their memorable presence in the occasion.
