ITSA Inaugural & Seminar on Campus Placement Readiness Program
The Department of Information Technology organized the IT Students Association (ITSA) Inaugural Function and a Seminar on “Campus Placement Readiness Program” on 18.07.2026 for the students of IT. The program aimed to motivate students and prepare them for the upcoming campus recruitment process by enhancing their technical, communication, and professional skills. The inaugural function marked the beginning of the ITSA activities for the academic year, encouraging students to actively participate in technical events, workshops, seminars, and industry-oriented programs to strengthen their academic and professional development.
The seminar on the “Campus Placement Readiness Program” provided valuable insights into the recruitment process followed by leading IT companies. The resource person explained the various stages of campus placements, including aptitude tests, coding assessments, group discussions, technical interviews, HR interviews, and professional etiquette. Students received practical guidance on resume preparation, communication skills, problem-solving techniques, interview strategies, and confidence-building methods required to succeed in placement drives. The session also emphasized the importance of continuous learning, technical certifications, project development, and emerging technologies to improve employability and career growth. The interactive seminar motivated students to develop the right mindset and skills needed to achieve success in campus placements and build rewarding careers in the IT industry. Nearly 180 students actively participated in the inaugural function and seminar, making the event highly informative, inspiring, and beneficial for their future career development.
