IT SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME (ISDTP) – A Unit of IDC, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal organized the “Winter Valedictory Function-2023” for all the II, III & IV-Year UG & II-MBA Students of Selvam College of Technology on 29.12.2023, Friday at the Open Auditorium. Ms.S.Sanjaya B.E., Full Stack Developer, Zoho Corporation, Chennai and also the Alumni of SCT (Batch-2022) was invited as the Chief Guest for this grand event. Dr.P.Selvaraj, B.V.Sc., Chairman, Selvam Educational Institutions & Managing Director, Selvam Group of Companies presided over the function. The Ceremony was conducted in the august presence of Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary cum ISDTP-Super Head, Mr.M.Karthik, Administrative Manager cum ISDTP-Head and Dr.A.Natarajan, Principal, Selvam College of Technology.
Ms.S.Magdalene Sophia, Deputy Incharge cum Communication Trainer of ISDTP, welcomed the gathering, followed by the Principal address by Dr.A.Natarajan, Principal, Selvam College of Technology. Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary cum ISDTP-Super Head, Mr.M.Karthik, Administrative Manager cum ISDTP-Head, IQAC Coordinator, the Academic Coordinators and the Heads of various streams felicitated the gathering.
On behalf of ISDTP, the ISDTP-Trainers, Facilitators and the Supportive Team Members were appreciated with the Certificates in recognition for their exemplary execution, skillful, meritorious, remarkable & valuable services towards ISDTP.
Around 100 students from all the years secured first 3 places and they were appreciated with awards & prizes by the Chief Guest as an Appreciation of Excellence. Following them, the Secretary, the Administrative Manager, the Principal, the Heads of various Departments, IQAC Coordinator, the Academic Coordinators etc. distributed the Certificates of Course Completion & Participation to about 900 students for various Bundle Courses which included Core Technical Training in Java Programming, Technical Support Training in System Administration, Communicative English & Soft Skills, Aptitude & Graphic Design in Adobe Photoshop.
At the end of the ceremony, the event organizer, Ms.R.Swathi, Communication Trainer rendered the note of gratitude. All the Dignitaries, the Heads of various Streams, the Academic Coordinators, ISDTP Trainers, IDC Team, the Faculty members and the Students gave their memorable presence in the ceremony.
