Teacher’s Day Celebrations 2021.

Teacher’s Day was celebrated on September 07 which was organized by final year students of various streams in Selvam College of Technology. To grace this occasion, students had invited Dr. A. NATARAJAN M.E., Ph.D., F.I.E., the Principal of Selvam College of Technology as chief guest. The programme was commenced with ThamizhthaiVazhlthu. The chief guest of the programme has lighted the kuthuvillaku besides first year academic coordinator and student’s representatives. As a symbol of Teacher’s Day celebration, the chief guest and Head of the Department of various streams are invited to cut the cake. Followed by cake cutting, several events were conducted by the students. The main objective of the program is to make a memorable day for both teachers and students. The Principal stated the importance of being a responsible human being as well as a teacher. He uttered a quote which portrayed teachers as being a learner first. He appreciated each and every teachers of Selvam College of Technology for their elegance and dedication.
