Seminar on “Empowering Future Innovators”

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Selvam College of Technology organized a Seminar titled “Empowering Future Innovators” on 22.02.2025, Saturday at Mechanical CAD Lab. Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions, presided over the function in the august presence of Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary and Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director.

Dr.A.Jegan, Principal, Selvam College of Technology addressed the students. Dr.G.Selvaraj, Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering welcomed the gathering. Mr.M.Velmurugan, Founder & CEO, Hrzworkz Private Limited (Hertzworkz), Namakkal, graced the occasion as a resource person and delivered a seminar on “Empowering Future Innovators”. He highlighted the need for young innovators to embrace failure as a stepping stone to success and encouraged them to think beyond traditional boundaries. He discussed how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain and renewable energy are transforming industries. More than 100 students were benefited from this Seminar. All the students of the department actively participated and gained valuable insights from the session.
