All the HOD’s and Faculty members are asked to follow the instruction to conduct Internal Examination for this Academic Year (2015-2016) ODD Semester in Smooth Manner.

  1. For all the Internal assessment test and Model examination faculty members are asked to prepare three different types of questions and should be submitted at least 2 days before the commencement of the exams.
  2. Strict Valuation should be followed under central valuation method.
  3. After Completion of paper valuation the papers should be submitted to the allotted Chairperson for verification.
  4. Paper Evaluation should be done within 2 working days for handling one subject and maximum of 3 days for 2 subjects.
  5. After publication of Result in our college website class ad-visors can collect prizes from the internal examination cell and honor the students by Principal and Head of the department.
  6. Compulsory all the department should conduct Cycle test during 1st hour and the marks should be submitted to principal.
  7. Staff should report to internal exam cell within 9.15am for FN session and 1.15 PM for AN session without any lapse.
  8. Staff members are not permitted to carry mobile phone during invigilation.
  9. It’s the duty of the class adviser to instruct the students about the exam schedule and seating arrangements.
  10. It’s the duty of the staff members to rub the blackboard after finishing their coaching classes and invigilators should check the same.
  11. While conducting coaching classes, kindly instruct the students not to disturb the seating arrangements.
  12. After exams Staff members are advised to return the stationery (Additional Sheets, Question paper, Thread) in the exam cell without fail.
  13. Principal and HODs may visit the exam hall during exams for the better improvement of the student’s performance.
  14. Staff members are to be advised to visit the exam hall during their concerned subject exam for the better improvement of the student’s performance.
  15. Internal Exam Cell Convener, Internal Exam Cell Coordinator’s, Discipline Committee Members and Department exam cell coordinators can visit the exam hall at any time.
  16. In order to reduce the malpractice during Internal Examination a Special Squad team is formed, they can make surprise visit during the examination time.
