Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between SCT and NITTTR
In a significant step towards enhancing academic excellence and technical innovation, Selvam College of Technology and the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chennai, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 19th March 2025, to collaborate on various educational and research initiatives. This ceremony marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at fostering knowledge exchange, skill development and technological advancement.
The agreement was formally signed by Dr.A.Jegan, Principal of Selvam College of Technology, and Dr. Usha Natesan, Director of NITTTR Chennai, in the august presence of Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions, Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary, Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director and faculty representatives.
The collaboration will focus on several key areas, including faculty development programs, curriculum enhancement, research projects, and the promotion of innovative teaching methodologies. Under the MoU, NITTTR Chennai will provide technical expertise and training to the faculty members of Selvam College of Technology, enabling them to adopt advanced pedagogical tools and techniques. Additionally, the partnership will facilitate joint research initiatives, workshops, and seminars, creating opportunities for students and faculty to engage in cutting-edge technological developments.
