Mega Alumni Meet-2024.

Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal conducted the Mega Alumni Meet-2024 on 29.12.2024 at 10.30 AM in the Open Auditorium. Mr.Balan Akash, popularly known as KPY Bala from Vijay TV, an actor and dedicated social worker and KPY fame Mr.Vicky Siva graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest.

Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions & Managing Director of Selvam Group of Companies and Mrs.Jayam Selvaraj, Trustee of Selvam Educational Institutions presided and honoured the ceremony. Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary of  Selvam Educational Institutions and Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director of Selvam College of Technology felicitated the assemblage. Dr.A.Jegan, Principal of Selvam College of Technology addressed the gathering. Dr.A.Jayaseelan, Head – Department of Management Studies welcomed the gathering.

At the ceremony, Mr. Bala, performed a Mimicry show along with Mr.Vicky Siva and delivered an inspiring speech. He shared insights from his journey, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and self-belief. The audience responded with delightful and an enthusiastic applause.

The former students joyfully shared their cherished memories and feedback during the event. Additionally, various cultural events were also organized, adding color and vibrance to the occasion. Dr.G.Selvaraj, Head – Department of Mechanical Engineering, delivered the Vote of Thanks at the ceremony’s conclusion. Over 1,500 alumni, along with their families, graced the ceremony, making it a memorable gathering.
