Alumni Talk Series on Interview Success Strategies

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the CETA Association organized an Alumni Talk Series on “Interview Success Strategies” on 08.08.2026 for III-year CSE, IT, and AI&DS students. The programme was conducted to provide participants with practical knowledge and effective strategies for successfully preparing for and performing in job interviews. The alumni talk enhanced the participants’ understanding of interview preparation, resume building, communication skills, group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interview techniques. The session motivated participants to develop confidence, professional etiquette, problem-solving abilities, and effective self-presentation skills required to face various stages of the recruitment process. The programme also prepared participants to apply appropriate interview strategies during campus placements, internships, and off-campus recruitment drives, thereby improving their employability and readiness for professional careers in the IT industry.
