Inauguration Ceremony for the Commencement of the I Year 2022.
Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal conducted the Inauguration Ceremony for the Commencement of the I Year on 27.10.2022 & 28.10.2022 at 09.30 AM in the Elite Seminar Hall. Dr.P.Periyasamy, Head, Department of Mathematics & the Academic Coordinator of I Year welcomed the gathering. Mrs.Jayam Selvaraj, Trustee, Selvam Educational Institutions and Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary cum Super Head of ISDTP, Selvam College of Technology honoured the ceremony. Dr.A.Natarajan, Principal, Selvam College of Technology and Mr.M.Karthik, Administrative Manager cum Head of ISDTP, Selvam College of Technology felicitated the gathering.
Dr.P.Selvaraj, Managing Director of Selvam Group of Companies & Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions presided over the function. He influenced the students to develop their skills and also to equip themselves to face the hurdles in their life. In addition to this, he encouraged the students to develop their extracurricular skills apart from the academics, in order to get placed in reputed companies. He also imparted the students about the significance of IT Support & Development Training Programme (ISDTP) which is prominently functioning only in Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal.
The Heads of all the Departments, the Academic Coordinators and the Faculty Members were introduced to the students. At the end of the ceremony, Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, Head, Department of Physics proposed the Vote of Thanks. All the Heads of various Departments, the Faculty members and the Students gave their memorable presence in the ceremony.
