PAPER PRESENTATION

• Team members must not exceed two.
• Presentation should not exceed 15 minutes including queries.
• Two hard copies and one soft copy on CD
• A4 size. 10 pages maximum (Font: Times new roman, Size:12)
• All participants should be registered through mail.
• Judge’s decision would be final.

PROJECT PRESENTATION

• Team members must not exceed three.
• Presentation must be relevant to the topic.
• Presentation must be completed before the given time.
• All participants must bring the completed project.
• Judge’s decision would be final.

MULTIMEDIA & SHORT FILM PRESENTATION

• Team members must not exceed two.
• All participants must bring their required software.
• Presentation must be completed before the given time.
• Presentation must be relevant to the topic.
• Judge’s decision would be final.

DEBUGGING

• Only one participant allowed.
• Completion of the debugging must be within the time limit.
• Winners would be selected only based upon their time.
• Judge’s decision would be final.

WEB DESIGNING

• The event will be conducted in two rounds.
• First round- prelims
• Second round- finals.
• In prelims round a set of multiple choice questions in web designing have to be answered.
• Candidates selected in prelims round are qualified for the finals.
• In the final round participants have to develop a webpage based for the given scenario.
• Webpage will be judged based on the creativity and maximum usage of the tags.

Rules for the event:

• Only two members per team.
• No Mobile phones allowed.
• Participants have to use notepad or Dream Viewer.
• Only prelims qualified teams can attend finals.

POSTER PRESENTATION

• Theme will be given at the spot.
• We will provide the things needed for poster design.
• Maximum 2 members per team.
• The time for designing is 45 minutes.

TECHNICAL QUIZ

Round 1: Prelims

• The test will consist of 30 questions and the time allotted will be 30 minutes. All questions will be of multiple choices.
  Shortlisted teams will appear for round 2

Round 2: Finale

• The test will consist of 20 questions and the time allotted will be 20 minutes. All questions will be of multiple choices.
• Judges decision will be final.
