Stanley George is the Vice President and Head HR (South India) of Hexaware Technologies Ltd. He is also a member of the Executive Council of Hexaware Technologies Ltd. He is an MBA from XISS, Ranchi and brings him with over 25 years of HR experience. Prior to Hexaware, he had a long stint with HCL Technologies Ltd., TTK Ltd., and Usha Martin Group as their Head-HR, handling core HR function and Organizational Development. He has managed large HR teams spread over different locations and has transformed HR function to be the equal business partner and part of all business decision making process. Having a varied experience across manufacturing, IT/ITES, Service industries, he tries to share the best practices across industries.
