National Level Workshop on Bio-gas Production and Its Utilisation on CI engine BP & UE-2016.

OBJECTIVE OF THE WORKSHOP:

The purpose of this workshop could help the students and researchers to know recent technologies involved in the extraction of biogas from various sources with high conversion efficiency.  Also study of IC Engine testing with bio-gas operations under various operating conditions such as by varying compression ratio, fuel injection pressure, injection timing, and different blending ratio.

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES:

At the end of the workshop, the researchers will be able to:

• Better Extraction Techniques to get good quality of Bio-gas.
• Know the idea about IC engines performance, combustion  and  emission parameters.
• Access the performance and combustion of engine under various operating conditions.
• Identity the various technologies to measure performance, combustion and emissions.

REGISTRATION FEE:

For UG students: Rs.300/-

The registration fee should be drawn in favour of “The Principal, Selvam College of Technology” payable at Namakkal. Registration fee includes refreshments, working lunch, certificate of participation. No TA/DA will be paid.
