STARTUP LAUNCH – “ELEVEN SOURCE” AND IDEA GENERATION WORKSHOP

The Department of AI&DS, CSE, ECE and IT jointly organized a Startup Launch – “Eleven Source” and Idea Generation Workshop on 07.02.2026 at 01:30 PM in the ISDTP Seminar Hall. The program was conducted at Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, with the objective of promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among III year students. a total of 150 students benefited from the program. The session focused on startup fundamentals, idea validation, innovation mindset, and the process of transforming ideas into viable business models. The session featured S. Gokul, IV Year CSE student, who shared insights on startup development and student innovation initiatives. The program also included an expert session by G. Vasudevan, District Programme Manager from the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, who explained government startup support schemes, innovation funding opportunities, and entrepreneurial ecosystem development. The workshop helped students enhance creative thinking, business idea generation skills, and awareness about startup ecosystems.
