Seminar on “Comparing World Navies: Capabilities and Strategy”
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, in association with the Seltronix Association, organized a seminar on the topic “Comparing World Navies: Capabilities and Strategy” on 10.01.2026 at 01.30 PM. The seminar was delivered by the resource person Mr. A. Karish, B.E., Indian Army, from the Army Sports Institute, Pune. The session offered valuable insights into the comparative analysis of major world navies, focusing on their technological capabilities, strategic doctrines, and defense preparedness. Emphasis was given to modern naval warfare systems, surveillance technologies, communication strategies, and their relevance to engineering and national security. The seminar was conducted in Virtual Mode and was highly informative for 62 students of II-Year ECE, enhancing their awareness of defense technology, strategic thinking, and interdisciplinary applications of electronics and communication engineering in military operations.
