“Peaceful Mind, Powerful Life”

The Departments of AIDS, CSE, Civil, IT, and EEE of Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, jointly organized a Motivational Talk on “Peaceful Mind, Powerful Life” on 13.09.2025 (Saturday) in the EEE Seminar Hall.

The function was presided over by Dr. S. Babu, Chairman, Selvam Educational Institutions, in the august presence of Dr. B. Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary, Selvam Educational Institutions, and Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director, Selvam College of Technology.

Dr. S. Ramabalan, Principal, addressed the students and highlighted the importance of holistic growth. Mr.R.Mohanabharathi, Head, Department of Information Technology, welcomed the gathering.

The session was delivered by Dr. B. Gayathri, Bharath Wellness Centre, Salem, who served as the guest speaker. In her motivational address, she emphasized the significance of cultivating a peaceful mind to lead a balanced and powerful life. She spoke on stress management, emotional balance, positive thinking, self-discipline, and mindfulness practices, inspiring students to adopt healthy habits for success and happiness.
