One-Day Industrial Visit to BSNL, Salem

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a one-day Industrial Visit to BSNL, Salem on 31.01.2026 as part of the academic curriculum. The visit was arranged to provide students with practical exposure to real-time industrial environments in the field of telecommunications. During the visit, students were guided by technical experts from BSNL, who explained various aspects of telecommunication systems, switching operations, transmission techniques, and networking technologies. The industrial visit enabled students to observe the practical implementation of theoretical concepts and interact with industry professionals. The visit was highly beneficial for 122 students of I and II Year ECE, as it helped bridge the gap between theory and practice, thereby enhancing their technical understanding, industry awareness, and professional skills in the core area of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
