Mock Interview 2019 by SCT Alumnae
Selvam College of Technology, Career Development Cell Organized a Wonderful event “SCT MOCK INTERVIEW ’19” an event conducted by SCT’s Alumnae on 07 September 2019 for the young final year SCT students. The mock interview was organized with the aim of making the youth realize the importance of career so that they can change their future and help in nation-building. The function started with a Prayer Song as a tribute to God Almighty.
More than 350 students from various departments participated in this Program. 8 Alumna from Various Multinational Companies have handled 8 Interview panels at various halls on our campus. In the Inauguration function Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman, Selvam College of Technology presided over the function, Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary, Selvam College of Technology Felicitated the gathering. The Principal Dr.A.Natarajan delivered the Principal Address, Dr.P.Manimegalai, Dean-Academic delivered the Dean-Academic address in the occasion and Mr. N. Prasannan, Head – Career Development Cell delivered the Welcome Address.
MS.T.MEENA, Senior Application Development, Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, Banglore delivered the keynote address in the Inauguration function. She listed the importance of communication skills. She inspired the students with her motivational words.
We organized 2 GD panel,3 Technical panels and 3 HR panels at various Halls on our campus. The following 08 Alumnae handled all the rounds in a successful manner.

The Alumnae evaluated the student’s performance and gave the reviews for each student to improvise them. They also guided the student’s with some tips to handle the future interview in a successful manner. They taught the students about today’s competitive industry and gave them a few ideas to improve communication and some tactics to prepare for a technical interview. The session was entirely useful and informative.
