Hands on Training on “ANSYS”
The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a Hands-on Training on “ANSYS”, on 09.08.25. The resource person, Mr.M.Anbalagan, AP/Mechanical, introduced participants to the fundamentals of finite element analysis (FEA) and demonstrated the use of ANSYS for structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations. Students engaged in practical exercises, creating models, applying loads, and interpreting simulation results. The training emphasized the importance of simulation in product design, optimization, and failure prediction. Nearly 55 students benefited.
