Guest Lecture on “Substance Awareness”
The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science commenced its event series for the academic year with an awareness lecture on “Substance Awareness” held on 26.07.2025. S. Sathis Kumar, MSW, CEO, De-Addiction cum Rehabilitation Centre, Namakkal, addressed the harmful consequences of substance abuse on individuals and communities. His presentation focused on preventive measures, recovery pathways, and the significance of societal involvement in reducing addiction. The program, organized for Students (Boys – II & III Year), took place from 9.00 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. in the EEE Seminar Hall.
