Alumni Talk Series on “Think Like an Entrepreneur”

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, organized an Alumni Talk Series “Think Like an Entrepreneur” on 10.01.2026 (Saturday). The programme featured, Mr. C. Saravanan, a prominent alumnus of Selvam College of Technology and a successful Entrepreneur from Namakkal, as the Resource Person. The session aimed to create awareness among students about entrepreneurship, start-up culture, and self-employment opportunities. During the interaction, Mr. C. Saravanan shared his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the challenges, risks, and learning experiences involved in starting and sustaining a business. He emphasized the importance of innovative thinking, problem identification, leadership skills, risk-taking ability, and perseverance for becoming a successful entrepreneur. Nearly 100 students benefited.
