Alumni Talk Series on “Beyond the Campus – Discovering new Horizons and Opportunities”
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal organized Alumni Talk Series titled “Beyond the Campus – Discovering new Horizons and Opportunities” on 22.03.2025, Saturday in Virtual Mode. Dr.P.Selvaraj, Chairman of Selvam Educational Institutions, presided over the function. The function was conducted in the august presence of Dr.B.Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary of Selvam Educational Institutions and Mr.M.Karthik, Executive Director, Selvam College of Technology.
Dr.A.Jegan, Principal addressed the students. Dr.K.Vidyavathi, Head, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, welcomed the gathering. The chief guest, Prominent alumna of ECE Department Ms.G.Jeevapriyadharshini, B.E., Procurement Engineer, Saipem India Projects Private Limited, Chennai, and Ms.M.Devibala, B.E., Admin & Accounts Manager, Rahul Vandhana Design Associates (RVDA), Chennai delivered a thought provoking session for the students of ECE.
They emphasized about the Internships and Work Placements, Career Development, Entrepreneurship & Start-Up Support, and Skill Development Workshops. More than 100 students of Electronics and Communication Engineering department had a productive and enriching experience during the session. Everyone actively participated and enhanced their skills.
