The Departments of AIDS, CSE, Civil, IT, and EEE of Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal, jointly organized an Awareness Program on “Achieve Your Goal: Cracking Competitive Exams with Confidence” on 13.09.2025 (Saturday) in the EEE Seminar Hall.
The function was presided over by Dr. S. Babu, Chairman, Selvam Educational Institutions, in the august presence of Dr. B. Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary, Selvam Educational Institutions, and Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director, Selvam College of Technology.
Dr. S. Ramabalan, Principal, addressed the students, encouraging them to make use of such opportunities for their academic and career growth. Mr.M.Ravichandran, Head, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, welcomed the gathering.
The program was graced by Mr. N. S. Kumaresan, Probation Officer, Department of Prisons and Correctional Services, Namakkal, who served as the Chief Guest and resource person for the session. In his address, he emphasized the importance of goal setting, effective time management, exam preparation strategies, stress management techniques, and confidence building for successfully cracking competitive examinations. He also shared practical insights, motivational experiences, and guided students on approaching exams systematically with a positive mindset.
The session was interactive and inspiring, encouraging students to ask questions and gain clarity on their career paths. The participants felt highly motivated and confident about preparing for future competitive examinations.
