Department of Management Studies is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The department was incepted in the year 2008. The Master of Business Administration Department is one of the most active departments in the institution. It was established with the purpose of nurturing the management and professional skills among the rural background students. It offers a well balanced curriculum and co-curriculum activities to the students. The department is functioning with nine full time faculty members along with the head of the department. The department is highlighted and enlightened from other departments by having energetic and enthusiastic full time director who holding more than 15 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges alone.
The other wonder of our Department is our respected Head who is holding more than a decade of experience in teaching and he has produced centum result consecutively from the beginning of his career. The department has produced 5 rank holders under Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore. Students of MBA Department are continuously won medals for national and international levels sports meet. The students are inspired on frequent conduction of programmes with experts from various reputed companies and entrepreneurs on every week end. To enhance the practical exposure of the students, they are allowed to visit well established industries once in fortnight along with the department faculties. The department is functioning with the main object to build ethically strong and socially responsible Managers.
